"Laughter is the best Medicine"
How true this is. As well as knowing how good it makes us feel, the benefits have been rather well studied. Laughter can relax the whole body, boost immunity, trigger the release of endorphines and protect the heart!!
Children are reported to laugh more than 300 times a day which drops to around 15-20 times a day as adults!!
Whatever it is that makes you laugh...find it and do it!!! Laugh long and laugh hard!! Have a look here for more ideas and info....
