Feel Good Friday - Talk to Mum!!!


Feeling stressed?  Feeling a little overwhelmed?  Feeling alone?  Don't know what to do?


Phone Mum!!  Even better, go over and give her a hug......but if she's not in the country (like my mum - currently in the UK) then a phone call is just as god.


An article in the Daily Mail (UK Newspaper) states "Research has found that hearing her voice can quickly calm frayed nerves  -  and a telephone call often has the same effect as a hug."


Of course not everyone still has a mum, and some mothers are known to be dragons in disguise!!!  In this case, how about phoning a good friend or someone who fills a mother role....like an auntie or grandparent!!

I'm lucky enough to have the most angelic and wonderful mother in the world (completely unbiased view)....just thinking of her kind words and smiley face do the job!!!  So go call or hug your Mum (or equivalent) today!!!
