Miraculous Bath Salts!!

I have been collecting Bath Salts lately.  Salts that are really good quality, premium epsom salts with rose petals, essential oils and all sorts in.  Last night I tried the Magnesium Miracle Salts (the Detox and Recovery blend).  My body ached and I felt like I needed some tender loving care!!!

I would certainly recommend them as the smell (althought potent so it's worth checking in with your personal preferences) really lasted and I like to soak in the bath smelling the aromas which all helps with the relaxation.  In all fairness i'm not sure if it has assisted with the detoxing, however I did feel relaxed afterwards and they had certainly helped alleviate a monkey mind.  Be it the Bath or the Salts.....get yourself some sensual salts and enjoy!!!

We all need to take time out and rejuvenate now and again and already do this far far less than we should.  Spending some quality time on yourself is better for productivity, clarity of mind and probably for everyone else around you :)  So go and do whatever it takes to get some peace of mind!!  :)

To view them online I am not necessarily recommending this website, I have just quickly googled.  To date I have purchased the salts in gift shops or health food shops and found the cost for this brand ranging from $8 to $17 (for the same product) so keep your eye out.
