A bit (lot) of air guitar!!!

30 minutes of exercise a day they say......the benefits are plenty say many sources!!!

Sources aside, I say try it yourself and feel the effects!!!

What works for me is to pick a range of things that I love to do.  These include cycling, yoga, walking, zumba (my new love) and cardio classes (with a friend to laugh my way through).  If I have to set foot in a gym, then I usually look like a sad puppy...I'm really not a fan.  What's the point in doing something if it doesn't feel good when there are plenty of things that do!?!?!

errrrr maybe not.......aka I wish!!



So find something you love and go for it!  You will feel energetic, happier, trimmer and all together a bit more bouncy!!!  






(I spent the evening burning calories by shaking it to Bon Jovi's tunes........whatever rocks your boat)
